“Baby and Me” Program

Our physician recommended “Baby and Me” program is designed to improve and enhance pregnancy outcomes through education, self-management, and continual patient evaluation. Post partum needs are assessed and post delivery services are offered.

 

Program Enrollment includes:

·         Prenatal classes, educational materials and complimentary gifts

·         Personal support through all stages of pregnancy and delivery

·         Telephonic Case management

The public is welcome to come into High Desert Medical Group, Conference Room 1, at any time between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Friday of the month to pick up free, up-to-date information.

 

 

Patients may be referred by a health care professional OR self refer to most classes.

 

All Health Education program are FREE of charge to HDMG members!
