“Learning for Life”

A free informational event for all Antelope Valley residents interested in learning about taking better care of their health for life.

Each month a different health subject is covered with the most up-to-date information available.  Free blood pressure checks or body fat testing are offered throughout the year.  HDMG’s professional Health Education Team will be available to answer questions.

The public is welcome to come into High Desert Medical Group, Conference Room 1, at any time between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Friday of the month to pick up free, up-to-date information.

 

 

Patients may be referred by a health care professional OR self refer to most classes.

 

All Health Education program are FREE of charge to HDMG members!
