The member services team is available to you Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and a confidential voicemail is available after hours. Your experience matters to us. We encourage you to call us with questions or comments with regard to the care and service we deliver.

If you wish to speak with a representative in-person, we have on-site Customer Service Representatives to assist you. They are located in our main facility or you can ask any staff to call a representative to come to you. 

Our Member Service Representatives can also assist you with questions about your insurance eligibility, choosing a physician or about a bill you received or questions regarding a referral. 

Our representatives and our entire staff work as a team to ensure that you receive a 5 Star Experience at every encounter.
